Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy (the “Cancellation Policy”) for the Get a Vet website (Dr Noa Kavshani, registered business no. 300515467) is subject to, and forms an integral part of, the terms of service available in the Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Any terms not defined here have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms.

A transaction to purchase a product through the services platform may be cancelled in accordance with, and subject to, the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981 (the “Consumer Protection Law”):

1. You may cancel by giving notice in person or by registered post, by calling 054-9581991, or by emailing getavetinfo@gmail.com. Cancellation requests must include your name, identity card number, contact details, order number and reason for cancellation.

1.1.1. Transactions may be cancelled from the date of purchase until 14 (fourteen) days after you receive the products or a notice containing the transaction details (the “Transaction Notice”), whichever is later. After processing your request, we will provide a copy of the instruction to cancel the charge. Transactions made by a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, which involved a conversation between you and us (including electronic communication), may be cancelled within four (4) months of the transaction date or receipt of the Transaction Notice, whichever is later. To cancel such a transaction, you may be asked to provide documentation showing that you are a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, as specified in the Consumer Protection Law.

1.1.2. If the transaction is cancelled because of a defect in the relevant product, a discrepancy between the product and the information we provided before the transaction, failure to deliver the product by the date stated in the order confirmation, or any other breach of contract on our part, we will, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, refund the portion of the transaction price actually paid, cancel the charge for the transaction, and provide a copy of the instruction to cancel the charge.

1.1.3. If you cancel for any reason other than those stated above, we will, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, refund the portion of the transaction price actually paid, cancel the charge for the transaction, and provide a copy of the instruction to cancel the charge. We may also charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.

1.1.4. If you received the purchased product before requesting cancellation under any of the subsections above, you must return it to us to receive a refund. The return will be made through a courier arranged by us, at a time agreed in advance, to Noa Kavshani at 6 Graziani Street, Apartment 2109, Tel Aviv 6713353.

1.2. Transactions involving perishable or consumable products (for example, food, products that cannot be used after opening, or products that may spoil quickly): once an order for such products has been submitted through the services platform, it cannot be cancelled and there is no right of return, except as provided by applicable law.

1.3. Subject to applicable law, if you have opened and/or used the purchased product, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation and charge the full transaction amount.

1.4. Returns must be coordinated with us. Products will be collected by an external courier service at a cost of NIS 35 per return request. The company may update delivery charges from time to time without prior notice.

1.5. By arranging collection through a courier for the additional charge described above, you agree that the return courier cost will be deducted from the refund due to you following cancellation. The refund will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase. Please include the delivery note supplied with your order and mark the product or products being returned.

2. Subject to applicable law, if you have opened and/or used the purchased product, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation and charge the full transaction amount.
