Payments and Security

Payment in the Get a Vet store is processed through Shopify’s secure checkout page using an encrypted connection (SSL). We do not store or process credit card details.

How to Pay

• By credit card or the digital payment methods shown on the checkout page.
• All prices on the website are in shekels and include VAT.
• Payment is charged when you complete your order, and an order confirmation is sent by email.

Prescription Medications

For products that require a veterinary prescription, the order is shipped only after our team reviews and approves a valid prescription. If the prescription is not approved, we will refund the full amount paid for the medication.

Shipping and Pickup

• Home delivery: ₪35. Free shipping on orders of ₪350 or more.
• Free pickup from the clinic at Gindi TLV Towers, Tel Aviv, once you receive a notification that your order is ready.

Invoice

An invoice is sent to the email address provided with your order.
